Car Servicing, Repairs & MOT at Ultimate Autocare in Cowfold, Horsham

Firstly I want to say a big thank you to Anthony. I was on my way to a Mercedes Independant specialist with my SL55 for a service. Unfortunately, the car cut out on me on A272. I suspected it might be a crankshaft sensor. AA attended and confirmed. AA mechanic recommended Ultimate Autocare (1 mile away) to fix/replace it. Anthony was able to do the work the following day. He offered me a courtesy car without requesting it and asked for authorisation for 1.5 hours work plus parts which I agreed to. This job can sometimes be problematic. He called me the next afternoon to let me know the job was completed, car road tested and advised me less time was used than expected. He charged me accordingly.
I have never used this garage before. I was of course somewhat anxious but the service i received was excellent from start to finish. To receive such honesty with regards to time used/cost reflects a high level of integrity. For that alone, I would highly recommend anyone to use the services of Ultimate Auto Care.
